Kylie managed my apartment with outstanding professionalism and care. In my experience, she is truly one of the best in the business. Her communication is always prompt and friendly, and every aspect of her work reflects a high standard of excellence.
I've had an excellent experience with Excella Property so far, especially Elodie and Kylie, who have always been accommodating, helpful, and professional. Communication and paperwork was always smooth, efficient, and straightforward. I highly recommend Excella Property for a hassle-free experience!
Kylie is the best property manager in town! I now have happier tenants and more money. Kylie understood the market and is equally fair to the tenants and landlords. For an owner who is living overseas, I feel absolutely worry-free when it comes to my New Zealand property. All landlords want is fair rent with good tenants. Unfortunately such common senses are rare commodity these days.
Kylie has been managing one of my apartments in the city since I purchased it. She has been a well of knowledge that is always willing to help even on matters outside the property she is managing. I love her work and would recommend her to anyone who needs a property manager that they can trust.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Kylie and remarkable service she provides to each and every customer. She always ready and will go extra mile to satisfy both owners and tenants. If you’re looking for a professional to take care of your property do not look any further. Excella is your best choice
